Leanne has extensive commercial litigation experience and acts in Commercial, Corporations, Equity, Insolvency, Property and Competition disputes, including in class actions and civil penalty proceedings. She appears primarily in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in the Federal Court of Australia, as well as in other Courts and Tribunals, regulatory hearings, examinations and in ADR.
Prior to joining the Bar in 2017, Leanne practised as a commercial litigation solicitor for 15 years, including as Special Counsel, at Baker McKenzie.
Leanne was previously an Associate to the Hon. Justice Lindgren AM KC of the Federal Court of Australia. She holds a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
