Sosan accepts briefs in all areas of law. She has a particular interest and expertise in class actions, commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency, regulatory investigations and white-collar crime.
Prior to commencing at the Bar, Sosan was a Senior Associate at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers and Arnold Bloch Leibler in Sydney. Sosan has experience acting for group members in class actions against corporations and the Commonwealth. She has also acted for companies and individuals in commercial litigation and corporate disputes in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Before that, Sosan worked as an Associate to her Honour Justice Elizabeth Cheeseman of the Federal Court of Australia.
Sosan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New South Wales.
In addition to her legal practice Sosan serves as a Teaching Fellow at the University of New South Wales where she lectures in subjects such as contracts, equity and trusts, property and commercial law.
Sosan is honoured to be the recipient of the Katrina Dawson Award for September 2025.
