Rohit maintains a broad commercial practice, and has particular experience in construction & infrastructure and insurance matters. He has experience in advising and acting for builders and developers as well as owners, and both for and against insurers in insurance disputes. Rohit regularly appears both led and unled, and has appeared unled in the Supreme Court of NSW, the District Court of NSW, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and various lower courts and tribunals.
He is recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a “Recommended” junior counsel in construction for 2026. Before being called to the bar, Rohit was a solicitor at MinterEllison in Sydney, where he worked on a wide range of commercial matters including insurance disputes, representative proceedings, and liquidator’s actions.
