Juliet was called to the Bar in 2012 and accepts briefs in all areas of commercial law, as well as public and administrative law matters.

Her practice extends to equity, trusts and property matters, corporations, insurance and employment matters, inquiries and coronials, and disputes relating to bankruptcy and insolvency. Juliet is regularly briefed unled in contested final hearings and motions, and also appears as Junior Counsel in larger matters. She has also appeared at the ICAC, as Junior Counsel assisting.

In 2024, The Legal 500 recognised Juliet as a Leading Junior of the Australian Bar (Tier 1) in commercial disputes and she was recommended by Doyle's Guide in its 2023, 2022 and 2021 listings of leading Australian Administrative, Public Law & Judicial Review Barristers.

Juliet is a member of the Bar Association's Diversity and Equality Committee and Inquests and Inquiries Committee, and she also serves as a council member on the Council of Law Reporting for New South Wales. 

Prior to being called to the Bar, Juliet practised as a solicitor for six years – at Herbert Smith Freehills and Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney, and at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York. In 2010 Juliet completed the BCL (the equivalent of a master’s in law) at Oxford University, with Distinction. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney. Immediately after graduating, Juliet worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Peter Hely of the Federal Court of Australia.
