Admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2022 and called to the Bar in 2025, Emile maintains a broad practice involving a range of commercial disputes.
Emile’s particular expertise relates to taxation, at both federal and state levels.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Emile was a solicitor in the Litigation and Legal Services team at the Australian Taxation Office where he developed experience in a number of federal taxation areas, most notably income tax, GST, superannuation and director penalties.
Emile holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Emile’s approach combines intellectual and commercially-sound strategy with a robust advocacy style to obtain the best results for clients of all levels.
