Melanie has expertise in many areas of commercial law and equity including: AI law, corporations, insurance, intellectual property, professional negligence, real property and trusts.

Melanie is a recent graduate of Singularity University’s Future of AI course. A leading technology university based in ‘Silicon Valley’ California.
Melanie has a Master of Laws (Corporate & Commercial) from UNSW where she has also lectured in undergraduate and postgraduate law. She is a member of the NSW Supreme Court, Equity Division Consultation Group chaired by his Honour Justice Hammerschlag CJ in Eq, has co-chaired the NSW Bar Diversity and Equality Committee and sits on one of its Professional Conduct Committees.
