Natasha Case practises in all areas of commercial law with a focus on corporate, financial services, insolvency, and property proceedings.
Natasha appears in first instance proceedings in superior and inferior courts and in tribunals. She also appears in examinations conducted by ASIC, liquidators and the ICAC. Her clients include public and private companies, Federal and State and Territory government and independent commissions, as well as individual litigants and persons of interest.
Before becoming a barrister, Natasha was a litigation solicitor for over 11 years, including as principal.
