Tamasin is briefed in a wide range of commercial matters with a particular focus on Consumer Law, Franchising Disputes, Contract Law, Equity and Trusts, Corporations Law and Regulatory matters. Tamasin regularly appears unled in the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia and has appeared led in the High Court of Australia, the Full Federal Court and the NSW Court of Appeal.
