Tamasin practises in all areas of commercial law, with a particular focus on:
- Corporations Act disputes including director duties and minority shareholder disputes;
- Contractual disputes including distributorship agreements, share sale agreements, real estate contracts, leases and partnership agreements;
- Civil fraud; and
- Regulatory matters, specialising in consumer and competition law with experience in investigations and associated litigation conducted by the ACCC, ASIC, ICAC and APRA.
Tamasin is a member of the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Law Council of Australia, Business Law Section. Before joining the Bar, Tamasin was a solicitor in private practice at Norton Rose Fulbright and Henry Davis York. She has also gained diverse experience working with the UK House of Commons advising on Brexit, and managing an investigation into the UK’s involvement in the extraordinary rendition regime run by the CIA during the war on terror.
