Winsome accepts briefs in all areas of commercial law. She also accepts briefs in public & administrative law.
Prior to joining the Bar in 2022, Winsome was a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team at Herbert Smith Freehills. During her time at Herbert Smith Freehills she acted on a range of matters, including financial regulatory, corporate crime and investigations, class actions, and insolvency. She also was Tipstaff and Associate to the Hon. Justice Payne of the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
Winsome holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Law (First Class Honours) from the University of Cambridge.
