Zoë appears, both led and unled, in a wide range of commercial litigation cases, regulatory investigations and inquiries. Her clients include banks and their executives, insurers, insolvency practitioners, trustees, a wide range of public and private companies and the directors, officers and members of management of corporate entities. Zoë’s practice embraces both large-scale, complex litigation that necessitates lengthy trials (in which she has been led by leading Senior Counsel of the Bar), as well as smaller matters in which she has regularly appeared unled in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Federal Court of Australia.
The Legal 500 has ranked Zoë as one of the Rising Stars of the Australian Bar. She has been referred to as ‘a stand-out', ‘highly recommended and strong in financial services'.
Zoë has been recommended in Doyle’s Guide as Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Junior Counsel and Insolvency and Reconstruction Junior Counsel. Prior to being called to the Bar, she was recommended for her Dispute Resolution work in Chambers Global and the Legal 500 (Asia Pacific).
