We were pleased to this week host the launch of Jeff Hall and Winsome Hall’s new legal text, “Business Valuation in the Law” published by Thomson Reuters.
The book was officially launched by Justice McGrath who described it as an insightful text which will be of assistance to practitioners, and as filling a necessary gap in the market with a pithy analysis of 450 cases examining the ways in which businesses and shares are valued by the courts.
This textbook is an excellent resource for lawyers, barristers, accountants and valuers alike.
